Travel has shaped my perspective as much as my work in luxury villas and private travel planning. My personal journeys have taken me across the Hawaiian Islands, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific.
Some places are woven into my life through years of living and returning; others reflect a particular journey or discovery. Hawaii, Mexico and Costa Rica are especially meaningful to me, while more recent travels have included Italy, Colombia, and Fiji. Every destination in my travel history is a place I have personally visited.
I bring that firsthand perspective to travel planning alongside my professional work sourcing private villas, designing itineraries, and coordinating the details of a seamless journey. Each recommendation is informed by the specific needs of the traveler—not simply by a destination checklist.

I’m Molly McMillen. For more than two decades, I’ve helped clients find extraordinary places to stay and made the complicated parts of travel feel easy.
My work begins with listening. I source independently, bring in trusted people when they are needed, and stay close to the details so you can be present for the experience.
My perspective has been shaped by decades of firsthand travel, from years spent living in the Hawaiian Islands to journeys throughout Mexico, Central America, Europe, and the South Pacific. That experience informs how I evaluate destinations, select private properties, and design journeys around the people taking them.
